INFLAMMATION EDUCATION
I’m guessing that if you are reading this, then you are experiencing chronic symptoms (in some sort, shape, or size … even if it’s just decreased energy).
Chronic symptoms caused by chronic inflammation come in a massive array and assortment. Inflammation targets the areas where we are most susceptible. This happens through genetic pre-dispositions, over-use, or simply by targeting the areas that are less strong in the body. The most common, non-diagnostic symptoms people experience from chronic inflammation are: low energy, poor sleep, inability to lose excess weight, digestive disorders, depression or anxiety, and aches and pains throughout body.
This is why I refer to anti-inflammatory eating as the magic bullet.
If we can remove the inflammation that is at the root of nearly all ailments, conditions, and diseases, we remove the reason for that condition to show up in the body. Inflammation is the one consistent player in all chronic symptoms. It doesn’t matter which chronic symptom it is, if it’s chronic, inflammation is playing a part. And while inflammation does not show up solely from diet, it does tend to be the biggest influencer we can change to reverse or significantly improve many symptoms.
