Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta is our family’s favorite pasta swap!
It is made with brown rice (be sure to choose the organic version), and, unlike many other gluten-free pastas, it has a beautiful al dente texture. In addition, Tinkyada offers a variety of different pastas such as lasagna (find an anti-inflammatory lasagna recipe in my first book, Peace of Cake), spaghetti, penne, spirals, linguini, and shells. Delicious for homemade mac-n-cheese, too!
